Countdown to Next Show Big Fish - July 10, 2026

What I love most about being in a Rosetown show is the feeling of being included, no matter what. Someone always has your back, or forgotten lines. In the 3 year span I’ve been with Rosetown, I’ve made countless friends, and I know I will make many more in the time to come. I would like to personally thank all the people that make these shows possible, meaning directors, donors, actors, and so many more. In summary, It’s not just the great quality of the shows, but the welcome feeling that hangs around the Rosetown community that makes me love Rosetown Playhouse.

I was cast as Auntie Em in the Wizard of Oz years ago and I loved every minute. The whole cast and crew were warm and welcoming and I knew a handful of actors and friends from high school, which made the experience that much more meaningful and fun! I even served on their Board of Directors briefly and provided marketing and fundraising support for their summer and winter shows. I have nothing but fond memories and would definitely recommend a community like Rosetown to any fellow theater lover looking to support creative storytelling, build lasting friendships and flex their acting chops!

The thing I love about Rosetown Playhouse is their inclusive  approach. Opportunities are open to all.  They create a safe place for one to explore and grow as an artist. I gained a lot of confidence as an actor after being cast in their productions.

I have enjoyed being a part of  Rosetown because the community is incredibly welcoming.  Everyone I have met has been kind, supportive, and encouraging.  I value the experiences I have had, and I am grateful for the lifelong friendships I have created through the Rosetown community.
