In 1999, a group of local theatre enthusiasts saw the need to revitalize
community theatre in our area and give it a new "twist."
We acquired the physical assets of Patchwork Theatre, a long-standing
community theatre serving the north suburban area with a 25-year
reputation for quality productions. Our mission and new name
was developed to reflect our commitment to residents in Roseville,
including the surrounding area, and to fun and playful theatre.
Building community is our goal. Theatre is a wonderful way to make friends, whether you are 8 or 80 years old! We strive to be familiar, friendly and accessible to our local residents, whether they want to sell tickets, paint sets, sing and dance on the stage, run a spotlight or sit in the audience and enjoy the show! All talents and skill levels are welcome, needed, appreciated and valued.

| We produce two shows each year with professional
directors and staff and casts of various ages. In choosing the
plays we produce, we are looking for family entertainment, opportunities
for larger casts, and we are willing to try lesser known and
original works in addition to the traditional community theatre
repertoire. Our funding comes from friendships, gifts, grants
and ticket revenue. We appreciate the support and sponsorship
of the Roseville Parks and Recreation department and the Roseville
Area Schools. |
